Duncan Stockcrates offers carriers and graziers alike full flexibility with our range of removable 2x1 stockcrates to suit flat top trailers. Built to match any camber in trailers ranging from 40ft to 48ft, the units can be tailored to suit the individual needs of our clients. While Duncan Stockcrates does not offer a flat top 45ft trailer in our range, we can offer a mono style 2x1 unit. If a flat top is required for your operations, Duncan Stockcrates has several partners we can work with to provide a solution.
- Complete customization of pen lengths, deck heights and gate configurations
- All gates slam shut and have storage keepers or chains for all positions as required
- Hardwood formply sheep decks on aluminium cranks, with option of Thermolite composite decks if preferred
- Aluminium sheep deck carriers throughout
- Steel drop ramp in rear pen with pressed aluminium insert, with option of full aluminium construction for considerable weight saving
- Hand or Warn electric winch at rear for lifting ramp
- Swinging rear blocking gates, with option of sliding gates
- Slide and drop rear door, with pressed aluminium insert and spring for easy lifting
- Complete customization of features throughout including removable centre posts, rolling pen dividers, additional aluminium sideboards, retractable tarps & LED lighting.
All Duncan products are built utilizing Australian 1st class steel and aluminium, and all sheeted panels are manufactured with HW350 grade hot rolled sheet.
Our products are fully sandblasted on site and painted utilizing a 2K painting process.
All products receive 1 coat of 2K epoxy primer and 2 coats of 2K polyurethane topcoat, ensuring outstanding gloss retention, corrosion resistance and long term durability.
