Single Deck Truck & Pig Trailer - Mono Style Crates
Duncan Stockcrates offers full-time carriers the option of mono style non-removable single deck cattle crates in truck and pig trailer combinations. These units are tailored specifically to full-time carriers in that they are fully sealed along the bottom floor and combing rail, providing suitable effluent management through the addition of aluminium tanks.
- Body mounted to truck chassis using combination of fish plating and spring mounts to minimize cracking as chassis twists
- Heavy duty sub rails and cross members to support stock floor
- Hi tensile pressed stock floor with welded grip rods throughout and drain troughs full width at all effluent tanks
- Combing rail heights, body heights and widths and rope rail specs to match any existing fleet scenarios for true cross over capabilities
- LED lighting throughout, tailored to each customers individual requirements
- Complete customization of underbody features such as toolboxes, hose reels, dog boxes & effluent tanks
- Fitment of Bartlett towbar with either 127mm Bartlett Ball or 50mm Ringfeder
- Full VSCCS certification prior to leaving our workshop
- Options of single, tandem or tri axle pig trailers, with sliding drawbars for livestock load through to truck
- BPW Transpec or TMC heavy duty axle & airbag suspension systems
- Wabco TEBS braking system & TASC valve for suspension height control
- 10 stud alloy wheels fitted with Haulmax 11R 22.5 tyres
- Sliding drawbar with air / electric controlled solenoid operation

- Entry on RAV infrastructure portal, & supply of either required paperwork for NSW registration or an unregistered vehicle permit to an interstate registry
- Complete customization of pen lengths, verall height & cattle gate configurations
- All gates slam shut and have storage keepers or chains for all positions as required +
- Internally cladded with 1500mm x 4.0mm hi tensile aluminium sheet for non bruise of cattle
- Option of aluminium catwalks throughout, with access from built in ladders
- Slide and drop or slide only front and rear door options, with ¾ width available if preferred
- Complete customization of features throughout including rolling centre dividers, foldaway cattle gates, side load options, retractable tarps & LED lighting.
All Duncan products are built utilizing Australian 1st class steel and aluminium, and all sheeted panels are manufactured with HW350 grade hot rolled sheet.
Our products are fully sandblasted on site and painted utilizing a 2K painting process.
All products receive 1 coat of 2K epoxy primer and 2 coats of 2K polyurethane topcoat, ensuring outstanding gloss retention, corrosion resistance and long term durability.
